What is provided?

Hopefully we have thought of everything!! The house comes fitted with most things you will need- there are towels, bedding, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots pans, dishwasher, cleaning products, hoover. We also have plenty of large serving jugs, bowls, platters. The kitchen has a freezer and two fridges, kettle, toaster, oven and hob.

Tea, coffee, sugar provided.

We always suggest guests bring an extra towel or robe for the hot tub and some flip flops to travel in and out of the hot tub.

Nearest shops?

The nearest small shop for basic things is Nisa in Thornton Dale which is a short 2/3 minute drive, if you are looking for something more specific I would suggest the Morrisons or Asda in Malton which is about 8/10 minutes.

Both Thornton Dale and Malton have chemists and take aways. The barn has a draw of local take away menu’s.
